Service Enhancements

We may update EmeraldVPN by adding or removing features or updating software. By using EmeraldVPN, you consent to receive these updates. We are not obligated to provide support for older versions under this Agreement.

You are responsible for securing your password and managing your account data. You are liable for all activities under your account. EmeraldVPN offers an unlimited subscription service with a 3-day trial, including auto-renewal. Pricing is subject to change. You can manage your subscription in your account settings.

User Responsibility

You agree to comply with local laws while using EmeraldVPN. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, distribute, or use EmeraldVPN to create competing products, transmit illegal content, or gain unauthorized access.

No Warranty

Legal Protection

You agree to indemnify EmeraldVPN and its affiliates from any claims, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Services.

Termination

This Agreement terminates your access and license to use EmeraldVPN if your usage is deemed abnormal. Upon termination, all licenses and access to the Services are revoked.
